Michael W. Mastrianni grew up in Plainville and has spent his entire career practicing law in Plainville. He is presently serving as the Town Attorney for the Town of Plainville, and used to own his own law practice in town before the establishment of Mastrianni & Seguljic LLC.

He was a partner at the law firm of Famiglietti, Thompson, Vollono & Mastrianni for 8 years. He also worked as an associate in the Plainville practice of Koskoff, McMahon & Condon for 5 years.

He is a graduate of Plainville High School, and received his law degree from the University of Bridgeport School of Law. Here, he was selected as a member of the University’s National Moot Court Board, worked in the Legal Aid Society, and was chosen to be a Student Bar Association representative.

He has also interned as an Assistant to the Prosecutor in the Bridgeport State's Attorney's Office. He received his undergraduate degree from the Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, CT.

His extensive experience as an arbitrator and court-appointed special master has allowed him to be more effective both as an advocate and as a problem solver in helping clients find innovative, economical resolutions for their personal disputes.

As the Town Attorney for the Town of Plainville, he is involved in all aspects of town government and provides advice regarding issues faced by the town, including zoning issues, personnel matters, tax appeals, collections, charter revisions, and potential town liability issues.

Jonathan D. Chomick

Attorney Chomick's practice involves a wide range of areas at Mastrianni & Seguljic, LLC. He serves clients involved with the juvenile and criminal courts, those seeking dissolution or other court orders in family court.

He also helps those seeking aid in enforcing contractual rights in their business relationships. Mr. Chomick is experienced in residential real estate matters and drafting and executing wills along with other estate documents.

He has appellate experience and have successfully appealed and argued a matter in the State of Connecticut Appellate Court. See In RE Nathan B., 116 Conn. App. 521, 977 A.2d. 224 (Conn. App. 2009).

He has both jury and bench trial experience, and is capable of handling a wide range of other evidentiary hearings and proceedings.

Attorney Chomick received his B.A. from Franciscan University in 2000, and his law degree from the Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2004.

She has been a paralegal at Mastrianni & Seguljic, LLC for over 8 years. She graduated from Bryant & Stratton College in 1999. She is experienced in real estate and bankruptcy law along with other areas of general practice law.
